Get Back to Snatched Detox Plan
This is our signature 4 week detox plan designed to rid yoru body of toxins, and shed unwanted pounds. Over the course of the 4 weeks, you will alternate between "chow down" days (eating) and "drink up" days (liquid only). The "chow down" days consist of a breakfast, salad for lunch, and a vegetarian meal for dinner. You will also be provided 2 snacks each day, consisting of veggies and/or nuts. The "Drink Up" days consist all liquid meals. A typical menu would be: Smoothie Breakfast Detox Soup Lunch and a Protein Smoothie for dinner. At week 2 you are allowed on “reward” meal of your choice and at week 4 we will introduce you to seafood again. Clients have found this plan to be successful for quick weight loss needs, and to jump start a weight loss journey. Typical weight loss is between 8-15 pounds. Get ready to get “snatched”!
